What’s included in my Portrait Session Pricing?

Included in my Service Packages are;

Pre-Session Consultation (In-Person or Virtual)
Location Scouting & Style Assistance
Photography Session (hours of service, props, and custom set designs)
Professional Photo Retouching & Editing: Photoshop & Lightroom
Access to Online Proofing Gallery
Custom Mobile App for viewing gallery
Free Social Media digital downloads - Not for print use
Post-Session Client Services: print selection assistance, custom wall gallery assistance, specialty cropping sizes.
Depending on your session package you may be eligible for a print credit redeemable only toward purchasing prints, downloads, or print packages through my online print shop linked to your online gallery.

High Resolution Digital Downloads for Printing (print release included with purchase)

Travel fees (for distances further than 40 miles radius from Kearney, NE)

How do you accept payments for booking fees, session payments and prints?

I offer my clients several different ways to pay;

BOOKING FEE PAYMENTS:
- For my booking fees, I accept credit/debit card payments, gift certificates (as purchased through my online store), or can accept checks by mail or at our in-person pre-session consultation, or PayPal or Venmo payment options. For Venmo & check payments, you will need to email me to set up those payment options.
SESSION FEE BALANCES/PAYMENTS:
- For the remaining session fee balances after booking fee payments are made, I will send you an invoice to your email address given at booking. From there you will need to sign your contract and can pay the remaining balance of the session fees due. You will have between the time I book with you until the day of our session to complete payments. If you would like to set up payment plan options, please let me know on your booking form and I will contact you to set that up. You can pay via debit/credit, gift certificate, PayPal, Venmo, check or cash on the day of our session. Please note: payments will need to be made in full on the day of our session.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
- I offer my clients the ability to purchase gift certificates as gifts for loved ones! To purchase a gift certificate, click the button below. You can purchase them via debit or credit card.
- Looking to buy a gift certificate via check??? Email me below to set that up!
DIGITALS, PRINTS & PACKAGES:
- For all my online print store products, there is only a couple ways to pay. That is via debit card or credit card. To purchase your digital downloads, printed photos, etc you will need to do so through my online client gallery store. I cannot accept payment via checks, cash or other for this.

What are your upcoming dreamscape mini sessions?

Dreamscape Mini Sessions:

I also host “Dreamscape Mini Session” events at various times throughout the year! Dreamscapes are similar to photographers popular “Mini Sessions”, but with a fantastic twist! These services are very short portrait sessions that are fully styled and have a set theme for each event. I book multiple clients back to back for these elaborate sets and offer free social media digitals with each client gallery. These sessions are exclusive for certain portrait types depending on the theme allowing couples only, children only, family-friendly, or open to all.

What’s so awesome about “Dreamscape Sessions”?

Creative and unique Fantasy or Specialty “Themes” that are OVER THE TOP showstoppers!
Great price for specialty portraits!

Fun event meant to feel more like an immersive experience than a photography session
Great for an extraordinary date night experience, a fantasy children’s dreamland, or a family-friendly interactive experience.
Dreamscape Sessions typically are one day events (usually Saturdays)
These sessions come with between 5-8 fully edited digital proofs, an online client gallery, and depending on the event, other goodies may apply!
