All session packages require a $100 non-refundable down payment to book your session date. Down payment goes toward the price of the session package. Remaining balance of session is due on or before the session date. Please review the contract invoice or contact me for more details.

How do you accept payments for booking fees, session payments and prints?
I offer my clients several different ways to pay;
BOOKING FEE PAYMENTS:
For my booking fees, I accept credit/debit card payments, gift certificates (as purchased through my online store), or can accept checks by mail or at our in-person pre-session consultation, or PayPal or Venmo payment options. For Venmo & check payments, you will need to email me to arrange those payment options.
SESSION FEE BALANCES/PAYMENTS:
For the remaining session fee balances after booking fee payments are made, I will send you an invoice to your email address given at booking. From there you will need to sign your contract and can pay the remaining balance of the session fees due. You will have between the time I book with you until the day of our session to complete payments. If you would like to set up payment plan options, please let me know on your booking form and I will contact you to set that up. You can pay via debit/credit, gift certificate, PayPal, Venmo, check or cash on the day of our session. Please note: payments will need to be made in full on the day of our session.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
I offer my clients the ability to purchase gift certificates as gifts for loved ones! To purchase a gift certificate, click the button below. You can purchase them via debit or credit card.

DIGITALS, PRINTS & PACKAGES:
For all my online print store products, there is only a couple ways to pay. That is via debit card or credit card. To purchase your digital downloads, printed photos, etc you will need to do so through my online client gallery store. I cannot accept payment via checks, cash or other for this.

When should I book my Senior Portraits package?
Summer prior to your Senior year or very beginning of Senior year is ideal. We need to be able to have your photos taken and delivered before those yearbook deadlines if you plan on having your portraits memorialized in those annual yearbooks. But really, you can book Senior portraits as early as Spring of your Junior year, or as late as Spring of your Senior year (though you most likely won’t get those images into your yearbooks if your deadline is set for Fall).
How long is the turn around time for gallery delivery?
Typically, I try to stick with a 4-6 week turn around during busy season, though it greatly depends on how many sessions I have ahead of yours waiting in my queue. Please keep this part in mind when booking in the fall to ensure you allow enough time before the yearbook portrait due dates.
Do you offer studio portraits for Seniors?
Yes, absolutely. While I do not have my own studio, yet, Kearney area offers some great indoor options available to rent for an hour or the day! Places like the Instagram worthy Snapshot by Legacy, or a wonderful and fun local studio space called The LightBox, are places I can rent for the day with a small fee added onto your session fees. I can also rent the World Theatre and other places. Don’t want a rental fee? No problem, We can also speak with local coffee shops, local boutiques, and greenhouses, to request permission to shoot there. These options all make for really fun portraits!
What time of year is best for Senior photos?
While I can certainly accommodate Senior portraits at any time of year, there are definitely certain months/seasons that are ideal! Now, I do love a good snowy photoshoot, but let’s be real, waiting until November through February (winter of your Senior year), is NOT ideal. Though it can be done, most yearbooks have a deadline for Senior yearbook portraits PRIOR to Christmas break. So, be sure you know when that due date is so that you don’t miss out being in your final yearbook! Winter can also be challenging because it is so unpredictable and SUPER cold here in Nebraska. Freezing cold temps make for rushed portraits. We may not be able to grab all those fun outfits and happy faces if we both are shivering. Instead, plan ahead. LATE SPRING of your JUNIOR year, through SUMMER before your Senior year are the best typically. Early Fall is also a good option, but book in advance as Fall is a super busy time of year for family photos and weddings as well. Most photographers have a load of other galleries to edit, so if you need quick turn around on your gallery edits for those yearbook deadlines, it might not be the ideal time.
What should I wear for Senior portraits?
I am a huge advocate for being yourself, and style depends so much on who you are. I share a Preparations & Style guide that I share with all my Seniors that book with me. This guide goes into greater details on how to achieve looks that suit your personality best. But here are some general rules of thumb to consider:
No bright/loud colors (avoid neons)
No “branded” shirts or loud graphic tees
Opt for solid colors, neutrals, or colors that compliment your completion, aesthetic and style
Choose shoes wisely. Those comfy, heavily worn in sneakers just don’t look great in photos.
Layer your outfits and mix solids and patterns that compliment well
Accessorize with bracelets, watches, rings, earrings, hats, belts, jackets etc that fit your aesthetic.
Can I bring props, cars, pets, sports equipment?
Absolutely YES…Let’s! I am so down for taking photos of my seniors being their authentic selves. I have experience including tractors, horses, classic trucks and sporty cars, variety of sports shots, guitars, and more. This part of my Senior portraits is my favorite and is part of the “specialty shots” I include with my packages. I offer 1-2 “specialty” type shots and these can vary widely. Want more than 2 specialty shots? No problem. Book the Dream package and we can incorporate a few!
Do you offer a Senior Client Wardrobe to choose from?
While this is something I would love to offer, I currently do not. Instead, I offer my styling guide, my personal assistance in styling, as well as great places to shop for your wardrobe! I can provide my Amazon photography outfits wishlist, and guide you through the process as well! Just text me and I can hook you up! I also recommend local hair and makeup stylists.
